Job Summary
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the automobile sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and guiding them through the buying process to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities;
- Sales
Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations,
demonstrations, and negotiations to prospective clients. Clearly communicate
the value proposition, features, and benefits of our commercial vehicle
offerings. Understanding of the products and the unique selling points.
- Customer
Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and develop
relationships with prospective customers. Manage and maintain relationships
with existing clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business. Understanding
customer needs / Need analysis and propose the suitable transport solution.
- Sales
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities,
customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software. Provide regular
sales reports and updates to management. Understanding the Autoline System and
update with correct customer information.
- Understand
the company sales processes and provide the documentation as required.
- Proposal
Preparation and Negotiation: Prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals that align with
company objectives. Expected sales per month not less than 5 units.
- Understanding
the market analysis, price and competitors’ comparison in our market Tanzania.
Market Analysis and Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor
activities, and customer needs. Provide regular feedback to the management and
product teams to help refine product offerings and sales strategies.
- Prepare
weekly sales report. Propose Sales
Strategy Development - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and
exceed sales targets for commercial vehicles. Identify and prioritize potential
markets and customer segments.
- Customer
Support and Follow-Up: Provide post-sale support to customers, addressing any
issues or concerns promptly. Ensure customer satisfaction and seek
opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products. Follow up
with customer marketing leads and updating on timely manner.
- Coordinate
with sales team on stock availability and in pipeline. Collaboration and
Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product
development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and
align sales strategies.
- Preparation
and attending of weekly and monthly debtors meeting with management, finance
representatives.
- Attending
marketing initiatives and displays. Participate in Industry Events: Attend
trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote products, build
networks, and stay updated on market trends.
- Sales
Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and
exceed sales targets for commercial vehicles (trucks, buses, etc.). Identify
and prioritize potential markets and customer segments.
- Visiting
other regions to prospect and recruit more customers and customer retention.
Requirements
- A minimum
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automobile, or any related field.
- Excellent in
communication skills both English and Kiswahili
- Prior sales
experience of not less than 5 years
- Strong and
polished presentation skills, with professional approach
- Ability to
initiate, develop, and maintain professional relationships.
