Summary:
The Route Sales Executive is responsible
for driving sales of cosmetic products within an assigned geographical area by
managing and expanding relationships with retailers, salons, pharmacies, and
wholesalers. This role requires a proactive individual to promote the company's
full range of beauty and cosmetic products, ensuring maximum product
availability and visibility in targeted outlets, while collecting payments in a
timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s
range of cosmetic products to retailers, salons, pharmacies, and wholesalers
within the allocated territory.
- Design and execute daily sales
routes to ensure effective coverage of the assigned geographical area.
- Capture orders from customers,
ensuring that payments are collected on or before the delivery date.
- Maintain strong relationships
with clients and ensure consistent product availability and visibility in all
targeted outlets.
- Organize and manage promotional
displays and issue sales promotion materials to customers.
- Gather and report competitors
information and market trends to the Supervisor on a daily and weekly
basis.
- Prepare and submit daily field
reports to senior management, tracking sales performance and market
feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company
policies and compliance with operational procedures.
