Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and vision. You will be responsible for receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance of our products, as well as managing inventory, supplier information, cost analyses and reports. Also, ensure optimal space utilization, operational efficiency, health and safety standards, and legislative requirements.

• Supervising warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
  
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
  
• Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
  
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
  
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
  
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
  
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
  
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  
• Maintaining and updating supplier information, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  
• Preparing cost analyses, and reports.
  

Requirements

• University Degree in Logistics or close related field.
  
• Min.3 years of successful, previous experience in FMCG industries.
  
• Expertise in warehouse procedures, best practices.
  
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
  
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  
• Hands on experience with warehouse software and databases.
  
• Leadership, analytical, organizational skills and ability to manage staff.
  
• Excellent computer skills, specially logistic related as well as Excel and PP.
  
• Proactive and well organized, problem solving; dedicated; team-player.
  
• Excellent (fluent) verbal and written communications skills in English
