Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic HR team. As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while learning about best practices in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and posting job listings for internship opportunities across multiple platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, university portals).
- Review resumes and applications, and screen candidates for appropriate qualifications and skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates, schedule interviews, and assist with any inquiries.
- Support the creation of internship program materials, including onboarding documents and training resources.
- Help organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and university outreach programs.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with day-to-day recruitment operations and any administrative tasks as needed.
- Support the team in managing intern data and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
