Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional
first impression.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and
courteously.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations for
activities and services.
- Maintain ongoing communication with guests throughout their stay to
ensure satisfaction.
- Manage efficient check-in and check-out processes, coordinate room
assignments, and handle special requests.
- Ensure proper handling of paperwork and payments.
- Conduct room inspections before guest arrivals, ensuring cleanliness and
readiness.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to address any issues or special requests
and write personalized welcome notes.
- Supervise and train front-of-house staff, assign daily tasks, and conduct
performance evaluations.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest
experience.
- Ensure amenities and facilities are well-maintained and operational.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Manage reservations, maintain accurate guest records, and handle
financial transactions and daily reports.
- Oversee inventory and supplies for front-of-house operations.
