Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Finance Manager for the hospitality industry to oversee the hotel's financial health, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing profitability. The role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, cash flow, and financial planning to support strategic decisions. The Finance Manager will also ensure alignment of accounting policies with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance and efficiency.
- Supervise the finance team, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Oversee cash management and banking relationships, including reconciliations.
