• Ensure all employees clearly understand performance targets and expectations.
  
• Monitor performance metrics daily, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  
• Provide direct support to employees to help them meet targets.
  
• Participate in the scheduled performance evaluation process for production team members.
  
• Closely monitor employee attendance and punctuality to ensure compliance with company policies and operational requirements. By addressing any deviations promptly, minimize disruptions to production schedules and maintain optimal staffing levels.
  
• Address disciplinary issues and enforce company policies to uphold professionalism and accountability among employees.
  
• Ensure that production team members understand and adhere to established quality standards and procedures by providing ongoing guidance, and support.
  
• Collaborate with the OHS Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing environment, with a focus on performance management and operational efficiency.
  
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
