• Developing content for clients’ marketing, communication, and advocacy projects.
  
• Creating video content and designing graphics such as posters, fliers, and brochures.
  
• Developing various Social Media platforms and updating them with the company's products and news.
  
• Assisting in writing scripts for advertisements, editing videos, and taking photographs.
  
• Assisting in gathering, writing and proofreading news stories and feature articles.
  
• Assisting in conducting interviews, covering press conferences, and other activities.
  
• Researching, writing, and presenting news stories, and conducting live interviews.
  
• Branding of depots and Agro dealer network.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Communications, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or communications, with a focus on the agriculture or agribusiness sector.
  
• Strong media production skills, including content creation (writing, editing, videography, photography) and graphic design.
  
• Experience with social media management and content strategies tailored to the agriculture industry.
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders within the agricultural sector.
  
• Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, CRM systems).
  
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding specific to the agriculture industry.
  
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Knowledge and passion for the agriculture industry and its trends.
