Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to boost travel sales. The ideal candidate will have
experience in travel industry sales. As a Sales Executive, he/she will be responsible for
identifying and converting sales opportunities to drive travel revenue. He/she will build
relationships with customers, recommend suitable travel packages and close sales through
effective pitches.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Make cold calls and email campaigns to connect with prospects.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable travel packages.
- Manage sales pipeline and track conversion ratios.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations and other documentation.
- Follow up with prospects to close deals.
- Service existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
- Participate in travel exhibitions, events and sales tours.
- Maintain updated knowledge of domestic tourism products and competitor pricing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the aviation industry.
- Should have Sales experience of 3 years with a good track record of achieving target
and working with a team will less supervision and honesty.
- Proven sales track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales CRM platforms.
