Job Summary
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team. This role is an
excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and the modular construction
industry to contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the modular building sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and
other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Develop tailored sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical and logistical support.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the design, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless project
execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience in B2B sales, in construction, extraction, and oil & gas sectors is beneficial
but not a necessity.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as required.
