• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Business Licenses, Tax Clearance, BRELA Annual Returns, OSHA, TFDA, TBS, and other relevant legal obligations in Tanzania.
  
• Human Resource Administration: Monitor and update employee contracts, remuneration structures, and other employment-related documentation.
  
• Production Oversight: Supervise and manage all factory production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
  
• Sales Management: Oversee and handle the company’s sales operations, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
  
• Client Coordination: Maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure continued partnerships and business growth.
  
• Operational Supervision: Oversee all company activities, including production, sales, and human resources, to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
  
• Financial Documentation: Prepare and issue invoices for both machinery and coffee sales.
  
• Tax & Financial Transactions: Issue Electronic Fiscal Device (EFD) receipts to clients in compliance with tax regulations.
  
• Customer Contracts: Prepare and manage service contracts for machine maintenance, ensuring clear terms and customer satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in administration, compliance, or a related role.
  
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian regulatory requirements.
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely execution.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software is an added advantage.
