Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative support to their Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, and coordinating
onboarding.
- Assist with the visa records.
• Maintain Day to Day office and Site Operations.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and payroll
data.
- Process employee transactions, such as new hires, terminations, and changes in status.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as announcements, policies, and
forms.
- Assist with the planning and execution of HR-related events, such as employee
appreciation events and training sessions.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as answering
phones, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- 4 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- English & Hindi Speaking and listing Mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
