Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to manage and enhance the company’s HR functions. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR strategies to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and foster employee engagement to drive productivity and success.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, screen applications, conduct
interviews, and coordinate with management for final selection.
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new employees receive comprehensive orientation
and integration into the organization.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, coordinate
performance reviews and ensure consistent feedback and development plans and provide support and guidance
to managers on performance-related issues.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues, investigate and resolve
employee complaints and conflicts.
- Disciplinary Actions: Implement and manage disciplinary procedures in accordance with organizational
policies.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure the implementation of HR and safeguarding policies across the organization,
make recommendations for policies and procedures review as necessary
- Compliance: Ensure organizational compliance to labour laws and regulations, and other relevant laws o
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for
staff.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. o Reporting: Prepare HR reports and
metrics for management. o Support organizational initiatives and projects as required
