Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative who will be responsible for gaining an in-depth understanding of the products or services offered and effectively communicating their value to customers. This role includes preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, negotiating prices and terms, and closing deals to secure mutually beneficial outcomes. The Sales Representative will also track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management. Ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business will be key aspects of the position.
Responsibilities
- Prospect New Clients: Identify and target potential customers within assigned markets.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products or services offered and communicate their value effectively to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the benefits and features of products/services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers to secure sales and ensure a win-win outcome.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and customer service to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
