Our Client a Construction Company is looking for a qualified QAQC Engineer to ensure that the construction project meets all specifications and requirements. QAQC includes checking and documenting all materials, processes, and construction work to ensure they meet set standards.

Responsibilities;

• Ensuring QC team maintain standards IAW- (ln Accordance With) the Approved Method Statements, Technical Orders/Manuals and ISO Standards.
  
• Development and review of the project Quality Program documentation manuals, work processes and reporting of quality records to project management of quality documents.
  
• Mentoring preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project/ Activity commencement.
  
• Providing QA/QC statistics and report QA/QC activities to Project Manager
  
• Tracking, monitoring and controlling site inputs into the quality system ensuring compliance with QMS.
  
• Providing supervision, direction and training to all QC team under his/her supervision.
  
• Delivering audit assessment findings to Project QA/QC Manager and evaluate the need for any corrective/preventative action.
  
• Performing evaluations of sub- contractors' facilities to determine their capabilities in meeting the quality requirements.
  
• Overall knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures and performs assigned duties in a safe manner and, while supervising others, has responsibility for their safety and ensures that they comply with established safety policies and procedures and practice
  
• Prepare full documentation as required under QAQC position
  
• Ensures that Site workmanship is checked and adhered at full Finishes stage.
  
  

Requirements

• 7 years Experience in construction industry.
  
• Should have Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
  
• Strong understanding of construction materials and methods.
  
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
  
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  
• Proficiency in quality control inspection techniques.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
