Job Summary
Our Client, a Real Estate Company is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Real Estate Operations & Project Manager with a minimum of 5
years of experience in real estate operations and project management. The ideal candidate will have a
thorough understanding of facilities management and a proven track record in overseeing the planning,
execution, and completion of construction projects, particularly multi-storey buildings. This dual-role position
requires expertise in repairs and maintenance, vendor management, and project coordination. Strong
leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall operations of real estate assets, ensuring efficient and cost-effective maintenance of
properties.
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance
operational performance and asset longevity.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and unexpected costs.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring high service levels and negotiating favorable
terms for maintenance and service contracts.
- Ensure all properties are compliant with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental
standards.
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports and budgets to senior management, highlighting key
performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of construction projects, including planning, execution, and
delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and
contractors, to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify project challenges and implement mitigation plans to
minimize impact.
- Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of
projects.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to
specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure all project documentation, including permits and legal compliance, is completed and
maintained.
