Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR manager to lead our HR team. He/she will take
ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance
reviews, salary reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To
perform well in this role he/she should have experience as an HR manager, or
other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements
in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and refine employee standards and
procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended
processes.
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs,
including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement etc.
- To
manage the payroll system for the entire company.
- Set up and manage recruitment
policy and prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and
conducting orientation and training programs.
- Develop and manage job
models and balanced score cards for all levels of staff.
- Develop and implement relevant HR and IR policies and procedures.
- Identify and recommend improvements
to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and
morale building.
- Maintaining a smooth on boarding process.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional
mediation by ensuring proper procedures are followed in disciplinary hearing.
- Conducting performance management process.
- Set up Remco, grading system and wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety
compliance.
- Develop communication mechanism that allows
participation and team contributions.
