Summary.
A
Fuel station is looking to hire an Operations Manager responsible for the day to day
running of the station and ensure excellent service of the product is
delivered. He/She will be responsible for the quality management of fuel
and ensuring the successful running of the fuel station.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor
all operations in his/her department and Check and Audit all operations to
comply with requirements of Company’s quality management.
- Follow
up customer claims & complains, report any nonconformity to quality
management and prepare all required corrective actions to comply with QMS and
report any miss conduct.
- Plan
and promote the daily schedule of employees and the business, interview, hire,
and coordinate employees, create, and maintain budgets, and coordinate with and
report to senior management in the company.
- Prepare
statutory payments including VAT returns and ensure compliance with local
authority as well as budgetary reporting requirements.
- Perform
purchasing and inventory
duties and build excellent long-term customer vendor relationships.
- Responsible
for receiving and checking the accuracy and inspection of all deliveries.
- Recording
office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget.
- To
ensure that workers are available to provide service during all hours of
operation and maintain an effective labor force.
Requirements
- Candidate
should have at least 4 years of total experience in Operations and at least 3
years in a managerial role.
- Computer
literate with proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office Certified Programs and
Accounting Packages.
- Excellent
Leadership and Managerial Skills.

to detail and accuracy
