Job Summary
Our Client, a Manufacturing Company is looking for dynamic, energetic, result oriented of
FMCG back-ground personnel for Area Sales Manager positions to be
responsible for sales strategy and execution, driving profitable growth and
business development.
Responsibilities;
- To achieve of
all targets (volume, value, distribution, visibility etc.) for designated area.
- Manage a large
number of distributors and hands on the IDC/rural distribution.
- Setting the
target and managing the TSE, TSO, SO & distributors and achieve the same
with the help of team.
- Review the
achievement on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and implementing
effective ways to improve the sales.
- Know how to
volume building block under highly competitive market.
- Effective
implementation of trade marketing activities for sufficient/optimum lifting the
sales in his area.
- Monitor and
report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and
information.
Requirements
- At least 5-6 years of
sales experience including 3 years of demonstrated track record of field sales,
preferably in FMCG industry.
- Sound knowledge of sales and sales
administration processes.
- Proven experience of working in FMCG Industry.
