We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases, and building long-term client relationships by providing quality staffing solutions. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for matching the right talent with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job
posting, screening, interviewing, and placement of candidates.
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and organisational
culture to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (e.g. ZOHO
Recruit).
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and initial
onboarding as required.
- Assist in preparing client proposals and job descriptions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote open vacancies
on appropriate channels.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.
- Support HR consulting projects, including psychometric
testing and staff evaluations.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and generate periodic
performance reports.
- Stay updated with labour market trends and emerging
recruitment practices.
