• Identify opportunities to apply innovative technologies to improve operational scalability and customer experience.
  
• Lead digital transformation and technology-driven change initiatives with strong program governance.
  
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in IT and MIS, preferably within the microfinance or broader financial services sector.
  
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems architecture, and software solutions.
  
• Proven experience with MIS platforms, data analytics tools, and business intelligence systems.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Demonstrated passion for harnessing technology to drive operational excellence and social impact.
