Job Summary:
Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project
documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. The
Document Controller will play a critical role in supporting project teams by maintaining up-to-date records,
facilitating document retrieval, and ensuring efficient flow of information across departments. This role
requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in document control systems
commonly used in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining / Handling Documents like Material Approval Submittal, Material
Inspection Request, Method Statement, ITR or work inspection report and work
order etc.- Drafting, vetting of leave and license agreement, lease deed for execution and
registration of the agreements (online and offline) and other legal documents
including scope of works, supply / service orders, NOC, termination, extension,
authority letters, Power of Attorney, amendments, renewals etc. pertaining to
existing leave and license agreement, lease deed.
- Maintained and organized project documents including drawings, RFIs, contracts,
and approvals in both hard and soft formats, ensuring easy retrieval and secure
storage.
- Reviewed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure accuracy and compliance with
project requirements.
- Drafted and vetted legal documents, including Agreements for Sale, LLP
Agreements, Service Agreements, NDAs, Leave and License Agreements, Property
Management Agreements, and Facilitation Agreements.
- Legal Associate- Land Acquisition (Preparing Sale Deeds, Agreement to Sale,
Power of Attorney, Indemnity Bonds, Possession Receipts, Apartment Deeds, Deed of
Declaration).
- Various MoU’s, Leave and License Documents, ReRa Compliance
(Documentations),
- Preparing Title Search Reports, TDR Agreements, Dealing/Negotiations with Land
Owners. Regarding purchase of Property, Checking Title for new acquiring
properties.
