Job Description
Our client, a leading company in the coffee industry, is
seeking a Sales Representative to promote and deliver coffee products to
customers, identify potential markets, and ensure efficient sales transactions.
The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and customer
service skills to maintain and expand the company’s client base. The Sales
Representative will also be responsible for managing payments and reporting
unpaid debts to the employer.
Responsibilities
- Review coffee products designated for marketing and ensure
quality presentation.
- Deliver coffee products to assigned markets and customers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities by engaging
with potential customers.
- Process sales transactions receive payments, and issue
receipts to customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of sales proceeds and daily payments
to the employer.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and submit reports
on unpaid debts.
- Provide customer feedback to the employer to improve product
offerings and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the coffee or FMCG
industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of financial transactions and record keeping.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling
financial transactions.
