Job Summary

Our client, a manufacturing Company, is looking to hire an IT Specialist to maintain, upgrade and manage their IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate current ICT framework.
  
• Implement and develop up to date communication framework.
  
• Planning the yearly budget and working within the budget.
  
• Installation and maintenance of hardware and software.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues
  
• Knowledgeable in relational databases, preferably Oracle.
  
• Hands-on experience on users supports in different IT/systems related issues.
  
• Analyze and advice existing and new ICT related contracts.
  
• Maintenance of IT business contacts.
  
• Responsible for backup and security of network.
  
• Responsible for Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) for the whole company systems for the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
  
• Taking care of ICT emergencies
  
• Good in analyzing and reconciling several reports that will be needed by management
  

Requirements

• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
  
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a I.T. department.
  
• Experience in Windows Server configuration/management
  
• Experience in local and wide areas Network and Network Security management
  
• Experience in ORACLE, SQL, JAVA.
  
• Experience in end-user support for ERP application
  
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
  
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
  
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
