• Identify and document medicinal plant species suitable for regenerative agriculture.
  
• Develop and implement best practices for the cultivation, harvesting, drying, and processing of medicinal plants while working directly with the team.
  
• Simplify and deliver technical herbal knowledge through training sessions for local communities.
  
• Maintain detailed records of plant cultivation processes, yields, and applications.
  
• Leverage technology for effective communication, project management, and training delivery.
  
• Collaborate with the Farm Manager to integrate medicinal plants into the overall farm strategy.
  
• Contribute to the conservation and sustainable use of medicinal plant resources.
  
• Adapt to and thrive in a remote working environment, embracing the natural setting of Maroroni Farm.
  

Requirements

• Expertise in medicinal plants, including identification, harvesting, and processing techniques.
  
• Proven experience in sustainable and regenerative farming practices.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Kiswahili is a plus.
  
• Ability to train and educate local communities effectively.
  
• Technological proficiency for communication and project management.
  
• Passion for herbal medicine, community development, and sustainable agriculture.
  
• Willingness to work and live in a remote area while contributing to community-centered initiatives.
