• Supervise and coordinate farmworkers, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  
• Implement and manage sustainable and regenerative farming practices while actively participating in fieldwork.
  
• Maintain farm equipment and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Digitally map and manage farm operations using tools like MS Word, mapping software, and farm management applications.
  
• Maintain accurate records, including crop yields, soil health, and other relevant data.
  
• Communicate effectively in English and Kiswahili, both orally and in writing.
  
• Solve on-site problems promptly and creatively to maintain productivity.
  
• Collaborate with the Farm Manager to execute seasonal planting and harvesting schedules.
  
• Embrace living and working in a remote area with dedication to community-driven agriculture.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in regenerative agriculture and crop/soil management.
  
• Digital proficiency in mapping tools, farm management applications, and communication software.
  
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills, with a willingness to lead by example in the field.
  
• Technical knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and reporting skills.
  
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Kiswahili is an advantage.
