• Collaborate with the technical team to maintain machinery and troubleshoot issues for optimal production.
  
• Work with the production team to adjust formulations or processes to ensure quality.
  
• Act as a backup for the Plant Engineer Officer when required.
  
• Monitor the production process to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
  
• Record production data, including batch numbers, ingredient quantities, and process conditions.
  
• Perform quality control tests on in-process samples and finished products.
  
• Compare test results against quality specifications.
  
• Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance of the laboratory with safety standards.
  
• Keep detailed records of all tests and procedures.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  
• Report safety hazards or incidents to relevant personnel.
  
  

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Industrial Laboratory, Chemistry, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
  
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and the use of standard lab equipment.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
