Our client is looking forward to hiring a Production Assistant Butch Maker who will be reporting to the Production Supervisor and will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the butchering process, ensuring the timely and efficient production of meat products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality control checks to ensure that all products meet safety and industry standards, assisting in inventory management and ensuring that supplies are stocked for production, collaborating with team members to optimize production workflows and maintaining a clean and organized work environment to comply with health and safety regulations.

• To create butches of products according to established recipes and procedures.
  
• Maintainig and cleaning the work environment.
  
• Ensuring all the material and tools are available and prepared for production.
  
• Keen attention to details.
  
• Supporting the production team in achieving daily goals.
  
• To perform other related functions as assigned by your boss in accordance with the general principle and directives of CCIL.
  

Requirements

• Maximum diploma in engineering with minimum mechanical engineer certificate or any related field.
  
• Maximum of 3 years of experience.
  
• Ability to Manage inventory, track supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
  
• Ability to conduct quality checks to meet safety and product standards.
  
• Assist with scheduling production tasks and workflow optimization.
  
• Knowledge in compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
  
• Total management in operating and maintaining butchering equipment, ensuring proper function.
  
• Ability to coordinate with the team to ensure efficient production process.
