Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to oversee route and retail sales operations using company-owned vehicles. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, coordinating on-ground marketing research, and leading BTL (Below The Line) activities to drive business growth and brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of route and retail sales representatives.
- Monitor daily sales operations and ensure targets are met.
- Optimize route and retail sales strategies to maximize market reach and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct and analyze on-ground market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Present actionable insights to the management team.
- Plan and execute effective BTL marketing campaigns to promote products and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales, market insights, and campaign outcomes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role with 8-10 years of work experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with BTL marketing strategies and market research methods.
