Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in a transport or logistics management role ideally in the tourism or hospitality industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance (Toyota), and logistics operations.
  
• Experience in customer service management and conflict resolution.
  
• Ability to work under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Familiarity with safety regulations and transport-related laws, including driver and vehicle licensing.
  
• Proficiency in using transport management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and manage drivers.
  
• Valid driver’s license.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  
• Familiarity with environmental and sustainability practices in fleet management is a plus.
  
• Must be ready and willing to travel and live in the bush from time to time were our camps and lodges are based.
