Job Summary:
0ur client is seeking for the Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Teams social media presence, Including Content Creation, Responding to Comments and queries, and managing the rally Calendar. They will coordinate with the rally team to ensure that each event is properly prepared for and plan other events to increase the visibility of the team. They will also be responsible for managing activation Complains throughout the year and ensuring that marketing and Promotional materials are effectively communicated on social medial Additionally, the executive will research, coordinate and procure all marketing related items such as annual calendars and notebooks, overalls and key chain.
Responsibilities:
- Full content creation and management of all our social media platforms, including responding to comments and queries online.
- Responsible for managing Rally Calendar, coordinating with the Rally team to ensure each rally event is properly prepared for in addition to planning other events on none race days to increase visibility of the team and our presence in the racing effectively communicated on social medial Additionally, the executive will research, coordinate and procure all marketing related items such as annual calendars and notebooks, overalls and key chain scene.
- Full management of the activation campaigns that run throughout the year, including all communications with the marketing team ensuring the Campaign has the requisite marketing and promotional materials as well as ensuring that we effectively communicate the campaign on our social media platforms.
- Research Procuring all marketing related items including but not limited to: Annual calendars and notebooks, overall, key chains etc.
- Increase Social Media Followers and engagement across all platforms.
- 12-hours response time to all queries on all platforms.
- Successfully execution of all rally events
- Successful execution of at least 4 other events.
- Successful execution of 3 activation campaigns (2 in Dar and 1 in Mwanza).
- Positive feedback from the campaign activations.
- Increase in brand visibility and awareness in the racing industry.
- Meeting or exceeding budget for procurement of marketing items and overall marketing spend.
