Job Summary:
Our client is seeking for the Internal Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for managing customer inquires,generating sales leads,Support the sales executive to complete the sales process from the office.He/She will be required to be able to develop and nurture strong relationships with the clients in the lubricant industry.Also,to understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.Regularly engage with client to assess satisfaction.

Requirements
- Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lubricant industry 2 years and above.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
