• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems on blow moulding machines and filling lines.
  
• Erform preventive maintenance tasks on blow moulding and filling equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  
• Ensure all equipment is properly lubricated, calibrated, and adjusted according to manufacturer specifications.
  
• Replace worn or damaged parts on blow moulding machines and filling lines.
  
• Assist with the installation and setup of new blow moulding and filling line equipment.
  
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  
• Work collaboratively with machine operators and supervisors to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  
• And any other task as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience, preferably in a sunflower seed oil processing plant.
  
• Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment maintenance, and safety regulations related to oil production.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  
• High level of accuracy in monitoring production processes and quality control.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and report findings.
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Willingness to adapt to changing production demands and regulatory requirements
  
• Proficiency in using software for process monitoring and reporting.
