• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all mechanical equipment, including pumps, conveyors, and processing machinery.
  
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems to ensure efficient and uninterrupted factory operations.
  
• Perform necessary repairs and replacements to maintain equipment in optimal condition.
  
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot various filling machines used for packaging oil products.
  
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems in filling equipment.
  
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and replacements made to equipment.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures in the work environment.
  
• Assist other technicians with troubleshooting complex machine issues.
  
• May be required to calibrate filling equipment to ensure accurate product quantity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial machinery repair or maintenance.
  
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
