Job Summary;
Our Client, a Manufacturing company, is looking for a Branch Operations Manager who will be responsible for increasing the branch’s client base and revenues. He/she will work with a sales team to generate leads for new business and customers through continual sales promotions. The branch operations manager is also responsible for making sure the sales team adheres to the company mission and meets sales quotas.
Responsibilities.
- End to End responsible for Branch Sales, Distribution and branch operations.
- Ensure the implementation of organizational's policies, process aligned with Census Distribution penetration.
- Conceived and implemented the blueprint to increase the coverage & market share by innovation in Route, Retail, Credit. Fine-tuning in Sales setup and optimization of resources.
- Responsible for driving GTM & Sales excellence through setting standard KPIs, and developing a tracking mechanism by levering AI Tech. Ensured to increase the market share and profitability by facilitating strategic SOP alignment with RTM, Brand management, Sales & BD and Execution Excellence.
- Key Deliveries required: Led distribution infrastructure program, Width Depth & Velocity, Mark to Market Growth, Customer, Brand & trade related KPIs and EBITDA delivery.
- Ensure the Top Line AOP and Bottom-line Profitability, Achieve the budgeted revenue, margin, and profitability measures as laid out in the company's budget as approved by the Management.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the app, including managing logistics, delivery operations, customer support, and quality assurance, ensuring operational efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure an effective Branch Sales & Distribution structure, and maintain a positive work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating top-quality employees at all levels.
- Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; corrects deficiencies where necessary.
Requirements
- Should have over 8 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in FMCG is an added advantage.
- Should have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; good leadership and the ability to motivate and coach a team into achieving set goals.
- Should have good marketing skills and a general knowledge of sales techniques.
- Should also be proficient in the use of computers and software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
- Should be assertive, and handle pressure effectively.
