Job Summary
Our Client, a Hospitality Company, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee
maintenance tasks of various facilities and equipment’s located in Arusha,Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti properties.
The Maintenance manager will be responsible for designing maintenance procedures,
scheduling maintenance tasks, supervising the maintenance team in our various locations,
performing inspections on different facilities to ensure they are all maintained to a higher
standard. The job is crucial in ensuring that business operations run smoothly and the facilities are
well-maintained.
Responsibilities;
- Monitor operation and maintenance of refrigeration, water systems, boilers, heating,
ventilating, hot water equipment, pumps, valves, and piping.
- Oversee the performance of repairs to electrical, sewage and plumbing systems.
- Oversee general maintenance requirements for rooms, public areas, laundry facilities,
boilers services.
- RO water checking, testing and maintaining systems
- Responsible for the maintenance of pools, pumps and pooling equipment.
- Responsible for the supervision of fire safety control within properties.
- Ensuring maintenance of filters and other mechanical equipment are kept at a
higher standard.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, strategies, and programs to
ensure the facilities operate efficiently and safely
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities, including managing budgets
and resources effectively.
- Lead, coach and motivate a diverse maintenance team at our various locations,
fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Ability to oversee and assist kitchen equipment servicing and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all our properties.
- Keeping maintenance logs and reports.
- Setting up preventative maintenance checklists.
- Assisting in snagging of properties.
- Quality checks and implementing corrections methods.
- Liaise with the HR department in case of disciplinary matters.
