Job Summary
Our Client, a Renewable Energy Company, is looking or a qualified Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the development of a comprehensive marketing and sales plan to expand market
share in the residential and SME solar-battery system market, integrating digital and
traditional strategies, and creating targeted campaigns for residential & commercial
sectors. He/she will enhance the company's brand presence across all platforms with a consistent
and engaging message about solar energy benefits.
Responsibilities;
- Identify target customer groups within the residential and SME sectors, and
position our products to meet their specific needs.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and distribution strategy to
increase market penetration and sales volumes.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive
landscape, and market trends.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns that leverage both digital and
traditional marketing channels to reach potential customers.
- Develop content and promotional materials that effectively communicate the
benefits of our solar-battery systems.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging marketing
collateral.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent sales growth
and customer acquisition.
- Lead and train the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional
customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to overcome challenges and
optimize sales processes.
- Enhance and manage the company’s brand presence across all platforms,
ensuring a consistent and engaging message.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all marketing
materials and communications.
- Foster partnerships and collaborations to increase brand visibility and credibility
in the market.
- Develop strategies to engage potential and existing customers, increasing
awareness and adoption of our solar solutions.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve products
and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Identify and segment target customer groups, positioning our small-scale solarbattery products to meet their specific needs.
- Develop and manage distribution channels to ensure efficient delivery of products
to customers.
- Work with engineering teams to align product offerings with market demand and
customer feedback.
- Oversee the provision of engineering services for small-scale solar-battery
systems.
- Develop service packages that cater to the unique needs of SMEs customers.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction in engineering
projects
Requirements
- At least 8 years in marketing, distribution and sales, with significant leadership
experience, preferably experience in electrical appliances.
- Strong ability to understand and discover the customers’ needs fast and acutely.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, expertise in digital marketing tools and
techniques, and the ability to drive brand growth and engagement.
- Preferably deep understanding of the residential and SME solar market, customer
segments, and competitive landscape.
- Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
