Job Summary.
Our Client, a Manufacturing Company, is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The Sales Coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities;
- Generate comprehensive
daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Sales
Trend analysis for all Branches.
- Monitor
and analyze daily market activities, i.e., Total Calls/Productive calls/
Productivity ratio.
- Oversee
trade schemes and sampling initiatives.
- Provide
crucial support during product launches.
- Assist in
executing the sales promotional activities.
- Manage
the utilization of point-of-purchase (POP) and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
- Ensure
adherence to hygiene standards for both manpower and products.
- Highlight
critical issues relate to sales / category performance, if any.
