Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated storekeeper to oversee stock and warehouse maintenance operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure efficient organization and management of inventory within the warehouse. The Storekeeper will be tasked with receiving, storing, and distributing materials, while also maintaining accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential for success in this position. The Storekeeper will play a critical role in optimizing warehouse processes to support the smooth functioning of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Stock maintenance in the warehouse
- Warehouse hygiene
- STOCK BIN CARD maintenance daily.
- Stocks in the vehicle with weekly checks.
- Near-expiry management and escalation.
- FIFO of stocks.
- Adhering to stock stacking norms.
- Escalating any variance to the BAAM for reconciliation.
- To perform all other related functions as assigned by your boss under general principles and directives of CCIL.
