Job Summary
Our Client, a manufacturing company, is looking for a qualified, detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Sales Supervisor to provide excellent customer service and growing company revenue. He/she will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Responsibilities;
- Primary responsible for
Branch Sales revenue generation | NPD Lead generation.
- Ensure the FMCG standard
for Total Calls / Productive calls i.e., 30 Calls & 18 Calls respectively.
- Ensure the implementation
of organizational's sales policies and process.
- Establish, Develop and
maintain positive distribution business and Market relationships | Outlet
Activation and Product Placement.
- Monitoring effectiveness
& performance of Sales Rep and ensuring all SR are aligned with the Revenue
| Category goals and objectives.
- Quality execution of GTM
| Range Selling | Review of Shelf display and Off take cycle | 100% Stock Fill
up from Branch to Market.
- Wholesale &
Distribution market setup & Coordination.
- Range Selling |
Competition Feedback.
- Strong CRM with
Wholesalers, Semi Wholesalers and A' Class retailers.
- Recognize new selling
opportunities & build sales pipe line for business channel.
- Scheme launching &
effective Implementation.
- Lead and Coach the team
of Sales Reps
