Job Summary:
Our client seeks an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join their team in our wholesale online pharmacy business. The successful candidate will take ownership of engaging with customers, focusing on building and preserving trusting relationships. This role entails fostering connections with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.
- Be able to conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to
improve on areas of complaint.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably in the pharmaceutical/ healthcare sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in working with computers and all Microsoft applications.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
