Job Description
Job Summary:
To manage sales of different IT solutions to existing account clients and identify further sales opportunities within the accounts, build new account clients, manage customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Selling IT products and solution
- Manage special projects and key accounts/ clients
- Manage proposals and tenders for assigned accounts
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Business forecasting
- Reporting on account activities and strategy
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Training, development and certification
- And any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related fields
- Must have recent experience in selling IT or related solutions
- Proven experience in sales account management
- Excellent customer service and sales support skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet goals
