Job Summary:
Our client is in search of a Business Development Manager who will be directly responsible for Driving external growth through the acquisition of new clients and retention of existing relationships. This includes implementing a business development strategy, identifying new business opportunities, building customer relations, and negotiating and closing business deals.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities -
including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, or new ways of reaching
existing markets
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Understand the needs of customers/clients and be able to respond
- Effectively with a plan of how to meet these
- Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities
- To present the company and its products and services
- Develop and have a good understanding of LTH’s products and services
- Be able to
advise others about them
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
