Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing, programming and servicing of EFD machines.
- Provide installation and onsite support for clients when necessary.
- Providing remote support for clients when required.
- IT Products Inspection and service whenever required.
- To work within the allocated SLA’s and complete diagnosis and dispatch of device.
- Update and submit daily technical reports showing serviced devices on the status of serviced good.
- Prepare monthly report.
- Training Customers on new products and services when required.
- Support upcountry technicians.
- Support reseller technicians.
- Support and repair of office equipment.
- Additional responsibilities by Senior management.
Requirements
- Diploma education or equivalent.
- 2 Years of practical experience in realted field.
- Formal training, skills and abilities in the field.
- Passion for technology and knowledge of technical systems.
- Excelled organisation skills and ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Able to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly (and positively) to changing demands and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
