Job Summary;
Our Client, a manufacturing company, is looking for an organized sales and marketing manager to assist in the advertising and selling of their company's products and to create competitive advantages for the company in the market industry. A successful sales and marketing manager, he/she should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. He/she should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.
Responsibilities;
- Assisting all the sales-related activity of the company – daily reporting on summary
- Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each request
- Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time
- Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Supporting the field sales team / Management Team
- Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments (if need be) and following up on enquiries.
- Resolving any sales-related issues with customers
- Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing
- Reviewing monthly stock requirements based on sales plan and historical sales, which is managed via an existing Google sheet process. This will also require updating end of day sales on the Google sheets.
- Receivables follow up
- Supervise and assist on documents related to export orders
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and requested.
