Job Description
- Planning and
preparing detailed travel itineraries and arranging.
- Booking
transportation, accommodation services and managing tour budget and
other finances.
- Promoting and
selling travel packages and Instructing travelers of safety procedures,
travel essentials, and any other requirements.
- Informing
travelers of the arrival and departure time and ensuring compliance with
the same.
- Informing travelers
of sightseeing and other tourist attractions # Address any queries
and complaints from the travelers.
- Organizing and
attending tourism events and exhibitions.
- Maintaining and
updating a record of all travel-related activities.
- Obtaining journey
feedback from travelers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of
work experience as a Tour Manager/Consultant, or a similar role in the
Travel and Tourism industry.
- Strong communication
and interpersonal skills and Ability to handle stressful
situations.
- A team player and
ability to work independently.
- Ability to work for
flexible hours and on weekends and to offer excellent customer
service.
