Job summary:
Our Client an Automotive Company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who will mainly work in the field and
visit new and existing customers, find customers that have slipped out of our
network. The person will offer Company's services, sell parts, service and
maintenance contracts as well include different types of inspections for trucks,
construction equipment, industrial and marine engines. Ultimately,
you will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our
company’s rapid and sustainable growth in the service market.
Responsibilities:
- Being
the main service market field interface between the company and the customers.
- Selling
of parts and service.
- Monitor
and follow up of relevant KPI’s.
- Gather
customer needs
- Gather
customer feedback on dealer and machine/Truck performance
- Gather
and report back market intelligence around Aftermarket
- Assist
with/handle Commercial Goodwill Requests
- Scout
market for creating new business opportunities
- Proactively
visits customers to generate dealer business and additional value for the
customer.
