Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, effective financial reporting, tax management, audit coordination, and the implementation of sound accounting policies and procedures. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to provide financial insights that support strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department and all financial activities of the company.
Prepare, supervise, and review financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce timely financial reports and management statements.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
Coordinate and manage both internal and external audit processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
Develop, implement, and enforce accounting policies and procedures across the organization.
Evaluate, manage, and optimize financial and accounting software systems.
Ensure timely submission of all government financial reports and statutory filings.
Prepare tax returns and ensure full compliance with tax regulations and requirements.
Communicate financial performance, risks, and issues to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational financial objectives.
Review and approve expense reports and credit-related transactions.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide financial guidance and support for strategic planning and decision-making.
Perform any other finance and accounting-related duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
