Responsibilities
- Support the development of regional strategic plans and long-term growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, portfolio optimization, and new product entry.
- Conduct scenario analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor branch-level and category-wise sales trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Conduct benchmarking against key competitors and emerging market players.
- Provide insights influencing pricing strategies, portfolio decisions, and market prioritization.
- Analyze business performance across markets, sales channels, and product categories.
- Develop performance dashboards and KPI tracking systems for leadership teams.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective action plans.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve distribution efficiency, pricing models, and promotional effectiveness.
- Assist in evaluating commercial ROI and investment prioritization.
- Partner with leadership teams to align regional strategies with local market execution.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across markets.
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior leadership.
