Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell vehicles through showroom walk-ins, referrals, and field sales activities.
Engage customers by providing accurate information on vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to enhance customer understanding and purchase confidence.
Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, stock availability, promotions, and market trends.
Generate leads, manage a strong sales pipeline, and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, finance, logistics, and after-sales to ensure smooth sales execution.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and reporting through CRM systems.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, marketing activations, and promotional campaigns.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably within car dealerships or commercial vehicle sales.
Experience with Hyundai or Mahindra brands is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good understanding of automotive products, financing options, and sales processes.
Self-driven, performance-oriented, and able to achieve sales targets consistently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
